About Classic Pilates
Classic Pilates is an exercise that repeats the movements created by Joseph Pilates in a set order and repeated a number of times.
By following the Pilates method, the more you repeat the exercise, the more you will understand and master the motions. You will feel your exercise skills and body control gradually improve through repetition of the same motion.
After a few lessons, you can work out on your own, or you can do group lessons with people of the same level.
