  • Please DO NOT use the equipment without supervision or permission from the instructor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Remove shoes before entering the main studio space. A locker will be provided for all items. Wearing shoes is not allowed on any equipment.<\/span><\/li>
  • Grippy socks are required for sanitation and health purposes. We have a right to refuse service.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Kindly advise to arrive early before class to fill out any necessary forms or to allow yourself some time to check in and mentally clear your mind and prepare for class.<\/span><\/li>
  • Payment is due in advance before all classes and private sessions.<\/span><\/li>
  • Please check in with your instructor upon your arrival. If you have not signed the waiver online, you must complete one before taking the class.<\/span><\/li>
  • All participants are required to fill out client and waiver forms before taking class\/private sessions.<\/span><\/li>
  • Class packages have expirations of 180 days after clients first visit. <\/span><\/li>
  • All sales final \u2013 we do not offer refunds on any purchases.<\/span><\/li>
  • Help keep the studio clean by wiping down your own mat\/equipment with the provided cleaning solution and towels after class\/session.<\/span><\/li>
  • Please be respectful and courteous to those around you, especially with cell phone use.<\/span><\/li>
  • No eating and\/or drinking in the studio. Closed containers and water bottles are allowed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Do not leave valuable items unattended.<\/span><\/li>

    • Pre-registration is required for all classes. We recommend all CPLA members download our app and book class through our app.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • 24 hour cancellation or change is required for all private sessions you have signed up for in advance. Cancellations made outside the 24 hour window cancellation policy for private sessions will incur a loss of session and is considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will not be rescheduled or credited. No refunds. No exceptions.<\/span><\/li>
    • If you have a cough, fever, or any symptoms of Covid-19, please stay home. Please let us know before class starts if you have class booked.<\/span><\/li>
    • Instructors may be changed without a notice due to personal and emergency circumstances.<\/span><\/li>
    • Class Schedule, Type, and Time are subject to change.<\/span><\/li>
