AGREEMENT OF RELEASE & ACTIVITY WAIVER OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>

1. As a participant in the Pilates lessons provided by Classic Pilates LA at their location of 401 S Vermont Ave unit14, Los Angeles, CA 90020, I will be provided with information, training, and instruction.<\/p>

2. I acknowledge that participation in the Activity offered by Classic Pilates LA may involve rigorous physical exertion, which could potentially cause physical harm or injury. I am fully conscious of the associated risks and hazards, and accept and acknowledge full responsibility for any known or unknown injuries, damages, or risks that may occur as a result of my participation in the Activity.<\/p>

3. I acknowledge that it is my personal responsibility to seek consultation and guidance from a physician prior to engaging in the Activity offered by Classic Pilates LA. I further declare and confirm that I am in good physical condition and do not have any medical conditions that would hinder my full participation in the said Activity.<\/p>

TERMS OF SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>

Purchase Policy:
Complete payment is required before receiving any services. Please note that all sales are considered final – no refund.<\/p>

Conditions:
In order to participate in any lessons or classes, clients must first submit their profile information, payment, and waiver.<\/p>

Cancellation Policy:
Classic Pilates LA strictly enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private or duet lessons in accordance with industry standards. To avoid being charged in full, clients must cancel or reschedule their lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Similarly, a 24-hour cancellation policy is applied to all group classes. It is important to note that no exceptions will be made. If you anticipate running more than 15 minutes late for a lesson, please notify your instructor in advance to avoid forfeiting the lesson.<\/p>
